The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service has seen a recent increase over the last two weeks of members of the public assaulting police officers who were responding to calls for service.

A 22-year-old-man of Cayman Brac has been sentenced to 21-months in prison with a period of 24-months suspended sentence following his release
