Update: Bodden Town Man Charged with Firearm and Traffic Offences

The 32-year-old man of Bodden Town who was arrested on Tuesday 23 April has since been formally charged with 10 offences including Possession of Unlicensed Firearm, two counts of Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm (Ammunition), Possession of Ganja with intent to Supply and other drug related charges and Dangerous Driving and other driving offences.

The Bodden Town man appeared before the court today, Friday 26 April, where he was remanded in custody on this matter, to return to court on 14 May and immediately following his appearance, was transported to HMP Northward due to violation of an early conditional release order.
