As part of Pirates Festivities, on 12 Nov the day kicks off with a 5K Sea Swim at Governor’s Beach from 7am to 9am. The Cayman Airways Cardboard Boat Regatta at Hog Sty Bay is from 1 to 2:30pm. The Water Mermaids Showcase is from 2:30 to 3pm. The Pirates Landing is taking place from 3 to 4pm with the Float Parade along Seafarer’s Way following at 4pm. The Food Festival is taking place from 2 to 10pm. The National Song Competition kicks off at 6:30pm, followed by the District Heritage Costume Competition at 8pm and fireworks at 9.
