All animal bookings should be arranged at the Department of Agriculture, located on 181 Lottery Road, Bodden Town, Grand Cayman, before November 29, 2023.
Our front staff are there to assist you with your booking request and to remind you that fifth quarters will not be delivered to you, you must collect it by the end of the business day of slaughter.
No sick animals allowed.
No animals weighing over 350lbs will be accepted.
