In order to reduce the risk of community transmission of the virus, Cayman National will be observing designated banking days. Customers whose last names start with the letters A-K will be able to conduct essential over-the-counter banking business Monday, Wednesday or Friday; and customers whose last names start with the letters L-Z have been assigned Tuesday or Thursday.
As we would have advised earlier, while most of our locations remain closed due to necessary measures countrywide, our Customer Service Centers on Cayman Brac, and at Camana Bay at 6200 Forum, are open for essential over-the-counter service, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
While we recognize that on Grand Cayman, Elgin is one of the more popular Branches, it is also our Head Office and the hub of our operations. Our aim, in addition to the continued safety of our customers and staff, is to minimize disruption to our services and in doing so it is necessary to restrict our Elgin Avenue presence to internal operations only.
Please note that Camana Bay is the best of all our centers to maintain social distancing comfortably, and has covered parking.
