The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (‘OfReg’) is launching a consultation on the proposed Consumer Protection Regulations (Fuels Sector). The Office considers that it is in the interest of the public to regulate the terms and conditions under which services and products in relation to the Fuels Sector are provided by prescribing quality standards. All interested parties are encouraged to read the document and to submit any comments, with supporting evidence. The consultation document can be downloaded at www.ofreg.ky. Responses to the consultation must be submitted to OfReg on or before 5 p.m., 30 August 2019 and are to be submitted by email to consultations@ofreg.ky
