The Public Health Department is advising the public that limited supplies of the Pfizer-BioNTech (Pfizer) COVID-19 vaccine have arrived and will soon be available for both children and adults. The COVID-19 vaccine will be available from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, weekdays, beginning Wednesday, September 3 2025, at District Health Centres and the General Practice Clinic at Smith Road Medical Centre (2nd Floor). These vaccines are available to all residents aged 5 and above in the Cayman Islands.
