As an update to our email earlier today, we continue to focus our efforts on ensuring continuity of electricity service to Grand Cayman, and the health and safety of our employees and customers. We are exercising our preparedness plan to ensure that we have the necessary materials and healthy employees available to maintain electricity service through these trying times.
For the health and safety of employees we are limiting physical meetings or gatherings and on Monday, March 16th, all persons who can carry out their duties remotely, will work from home.
Our Caribbean Plaza office will remain open to customers until further notice.
However, the main customer service center on North Sound Road will be closed to the public as of Monday, March 16th.
We remind you that CUC has available options via telephone and web services for all of its customer service needs, which can significantly reduce or eliminate the need to physically visit our offices.
