The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) is resuming its Food Hygiene training for personnel in the food industry. Registration is now open for new employees and for those whose 3-year certificate has expired. Training sessions will be held on Wednesdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. from September 6 to December 6, 2023 at the Red Cross facility in Grand Cayman.
