Expedition t-shirt design competition

The Department of Environment presents Caribbean Research Expedition t-shirt design competition. DOE scientists are going on an adventure to uncover the secrets of the Caribbean Sea’s deep as part of the Blue Belt Program and they need your help to bring a piece of home with them.
