The Department of Agriculture encourages all crop farmers to attend the free On Farm Food Safety Workshop Series upstairs the Stacy Watler Pavilion in Lower Valley. The third of the 4 night series will be this Thursday 15th August from 6-8pm focusing on Standard Operating Procedures/Minimal Processing of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.
