This free self-paced, online course is an Aquila Center for Cruise Excellence workshop designed to help sharpen your skills to engage and interact with guests. The workshop starts on Thursday, 22 September and the deadline to registration is 5pm on Monday, 19 September. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.
