The revisions are intended to quote streamline international movement while maintaining Cayman Islands’ national biosecurity standards. Key updates include: Amendments to the list of prohibited dog breeds; the removal of mandatory FAVN testing for pets from “no rabies-risk” territories and the acceptance of digital signatures on official health certificates issued by USDA-accredited veterinarians.
