License Plate Replacement

The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing (DVDL), in alignment with the National Road Safety Committee's strategic efforts, is reminding the public that all vehicles currently displaying decommissioned or temporary registration plates—including EVR plates—must complete replacement by 14th November 2025. For transparency and ease of compliance, the Department has published a list of affected registration numbers, available on www.dvdl.gov.ky and in the local print media.
