The Minimum Wage Advisory Committee will host a virtual town hall on Wednesday, 30 August from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00. p.m. The virtual town hall will provide another opportunity for the public to ask questions and learn more about the elements that will be considered in determining a potential new minimum wage for the Cayman Islands. The panellists will feature members of the Minimum Wage Advisory Committee which includes Lemuel Hurlston, Mahreen Nabi, Adolphus Laidlow, Shomari Scott and Catherine Welds. Members of the public are invited to submit their questions in advance by emailing minimumwage@gov.ky.The event will stream live on the Cayman Islands Government Facebook and YouTube channel and will air live on Radio Cayman.
