The Department of Education Services (DES) invites the public to attend the National Children’s Festival of the Arts (NCFA) Grand Cayman Primary Final Concerts on Thursday, 10 April, and Friday, 11 April, at 6:30 pm at the Harquail Theatre. Gold and silver award winners from primary public schools, homeschools, and private institutions across Grand Cayman will showcase their talents in song, dance, drama, speech, and instrumentation.
