New process to request isolation letter

The Public Health Department has launched a new process to request isolation letters for persons mandated to isolate due to being a COVID case or a primary contact.

Individuals requiring proof of isolation can still use their positive PCR result from the laboratory or, if required, request a letter through the new process. Isolation letters can be requested here or at www.hsa.ky/public-health/.
