Local food vendors who do not currently occupy a commercial space (i.e. cottage industry or small man business) are invited to submit proposal of vendor services for National Heroes Day Celebration 2023. Successful vendors will be expected to provide indigenous Caymanian-style food samples for the National Heroes Day Celebrations taking place on Monday 23 January 2023.
