Water Authority – Cayman’s office will close to the public on Friday 16 October. The closure is to facilitate an upgrade of the Authority’s customer information and billing system. There will be no access to the Customer Web Portal from 6:00 a.m. 16 October (Friday) – 6:00 a.m. 19 October (Monday).
Customers can still make online payments via the Authority’s website www.waterauthority.ky, online banking and via the Authority’s cheque dropbox. Additionally, trucked water deliveries in Cayman Brac will continue on Friday, despite the office closure.
The Water Authority appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers as it upgrades its systems to better serve you, and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
