Ready2Work

Ready2Work is a dynamic public-private initiative designed to equip unemployed Caymanians with the tools, up-skilling, and essential employability and soft skills needed to secure and maintain long-term employment. If you are a Caymanian aged 17 or older and currently unemployed, this 12-week, full-time programme (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) could be your pathway to new opportunities and career success.
