CDS is pleased to announce that auditions for the cast of THE DECEPTION OF KATHRYN VASK, a thriller by Mark Steensland, to be directed by Paul de Freitas and Erica Ebanks, will take place at the Prospect Playhouse on Sunday 17th October 2021 from 2pm to 5pm, with callbacks on the evening of Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 7:30pm. After cast selection, CDS Cast Briefing, Directors’ Concept Briefing and Read Through will be on Tuesday, 26th October 2021 at 7:00pm. Cast will then have until mid-December to learn lines. An Italiano night will be held mid-December to see where we stand. THE DECEPTION OF KATHRYN VASK will be performed at the Prospect Playhouse Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Thursday 24th February to Saturday 12th March 2022. Cast includes a married couple (35-42), a psychic medium and her husband (55-65) and a priest aged about 30. The play describes actions leading up to, and including, a séance.
