The Ministry of Tourism and Transport (MoTT) and the Department of Tourism (CIDOT) are pleased to announce the launch of two new courses to provide industry specific training for Caymanians. The Shaker International Bartenders and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) & Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Front of House courses are taught by Wineschool3 and are aimed at elevating the Cayman Islands tourism experience. Interested participants must complete the online application form at www.wineschool.ourcayman.ky. The registration deadline for both courses is Thursday 3 November 2021 5pm, following which a screening process will take place to select the successful candidates.
