Water Authority-Cayman wishes to advise its valuable customers and the motoring public of a partial closure of Lawrence Blvd. The turning lane from West Bay Road into Lawrence Blvd will be closed to facilitate the installation of new wastewater infrastructure. Work commenced Monday, 25 February and will last for approximately one week.
During this period a diversion will be in place to allow road users access to Lawrence Blvd and representatives of the Authority will be on hand to direct traffic.
Traffic signs will be posted in the area. Motorists are asked to drive with caution to ensure their own safety, as well as the safety of Water Authority staff.
The Water Authority apologies for any inconveniences this may cause, and thanks the public for their patience and understanding as it upgrades its wastewater infrastructure to better serve you.
