Following the confirmed positive COVID-19 cases announced by Government, Water Authority-Cayman will cease providing face-to-face service and will close its office to the public, effective as of 20 March 2020, to protect the health of customers and staff. Customers can still conduct business with the Authority electronically. Customers seeking to make a payment can do so online by visiting www.waterauthority.ky and clicking the “Pay My Bill” button on the home page, or via the bank.
