Water Authority Encourages Online Bill Pay

(Thursday 12 March) the Government confirmed the first case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Cayman Islands. Water Authority-Cayman has been taking proactive measures to protect the health of our staff and ensure continuity of operations in the midst of this pandemic. We are also encouraging you, our valued customer, to protect your health and the health of others by practicing social distancing and conducting as much business with the Authority electronically. Customers can make a bill payment online by visiting our website and clicking on the “Pay My Bill” button. Business can also be conducted via email or over the phone. Our Customer Service Team can be reached via email at info@waterauthority.ky or at 946-4357. If you absolutely must visit our offices, please keep at least 3ft of space between yourself and the next individual in line or a Customer Service Representative. As a reminder, please wash your hands frequently with soap and water, keep your surroundings sanitised to lessen the risk of spreading the virus. Let’s all do our part of keep our community safe
