Water Works

Water Authority—Cayman wishes to advise its customers of a planned service interruption and traffic disruption on Edward Street and Fort Street on Sunday, 23 June 2024, to facilitate infrastructure maintenance as part of the George Town Revitalisation Initiative. There will be a road closure at the intersection of Edward Street and Fort Street between the hours of 6:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. Traffic diversions will be in place, and motorists are encouraged to drive with caution when in the area. Customers on the following roads will experience a temporary service interruption between the hours of 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

• Fort Street
• Edward Street (between Fort Street and Dr. Roy Drive)

Customers on the following roads may experience a temporary service interruption between the hours of 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. if it becomes necessary to expand the scope of the works:

• Albert Panton Street
• Mary Street
• North Church Street (between Fort Street and Mary Street)
