Customers of Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC) department may experience some service delays as front counter staff will be on training for the next few weeks. The training is underway to ensure that all staff members are trained in the new processes that are in place at the department (which is an amalgamation of former sections under Immigration and the National Workforce Development Agency). WORC apologises for the inconvenience this may cause members of the public and seeks their patience during this time.
