Employers are advised that the previously implemented grace period for the new 21-day advertising requirement for work permit applications has been extended until 30 June 2026. During this extended grace period, Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman will continue to accept work permit applications that meet the previous 14-day advertising requirements. Jobs will still be required to be advertised on the WORC Jobs Portal.
