Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) advises the public that the offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will close on Wednesday, 18 September to resume professional development training for Customer Care services. This closure allows customer care staff to receive industry subject training allowing for a better customer service experience. Customers are reminded that if a work permit is set to expire on the date of a scheduled office closure, the application for renewal should be delivered to WORC the day before it expires to ensure remaining in compliance with the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision). Customers are encouraged to utilise WORC’s online payment portal via worc.ky.
