The Cayman Islands Judiciary will host Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes, former President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, for the 2026 Distinguished Guest Lecture on Monday, 28 September 2026. The Distinguished Guest Lecture will take place at 3:00 p.m. in Court 1, Law Courts, Heroes Square, with a reception to follow.
Her Excellency will present “When the Robes Come Off: Judicial Independence, Ethics and Accountability – A Cautionary Tale.”
