Week 4 in the 2026 CUC Primary Football League (PFL) and the Girls’ Primary Football League (GPFL) concluded this past Saturday, October 10 with some exciting youth football action. In Group A in the CUC PFL, Cayman International School (CIS) battled Island Primary 9A and 11B at the Camana Bay Field. In a thrilling end-to-end game played at a very fast pace, Island Primary 9A got the all-important goal in the 31st minute off the boot of Josh Maywan to seal a 1-0 victory and the three points.

In the Under 11 match-up, CIS were too strong for Island Primary 11B, who were at a disadvantage as they had to field a mainly Under 9 team due to players being unavailable. In the Under 11 girl’s game, CIS got the better of their private school companions Island Primary GA with a 3-1 victory.

CIS’ Aven Ramsey opened the scoring in the 7th minute with Blake Carruthers adding to their tally in the 16th minute and Lakely Pull grabbing a third in the 21st minute.
