Sol Blazers and Pilipinas Crowned 2026 National Men’s League Champions.
The 2026 National Men’s League season came to an exciting conclusion as the Sol Blazers and Pilipinas completed dominant championship runs to capture the Division 1 and Division 2 titles respectively.
In the Division 1 Finals, the Sol Blazers defeated the Lions 75-69 to complete a 2-0 sweep of the Best-of-3 Championship Series.
After a highly competitive regular season and playoff campaign, the Blazers rose to the occasion on the biggest stage, showcasing their depth, defensive intensity, and timely scoring to secure the league’s top prize.
The Lions battled throughout the series and came within striking distance close to the end in the championship-clinching game, but the Sol Blazers proved too strong down the stretch to seal the victory and claim the 2026 Division 1 Championship.
Meanwhile, in the Division 2 Finals, Pilipinas defeated the U17 Storm 94-84 to also complete a 2-0 series sweep and capture the title.
The championship game featured an impressive offensive display from both teams, with Pilipinas using their experience and execution to hold off a spirited challenge from the talented U17 Storm.
The U17 Storm demonstrated tremendous growth throughout the season and pushed the champions throughout the series, but Pilipinas consistently found answers when it mattered most, earning a well-deserved championship.
