Jevaughnie Ebanks aka Jevy Ebanks is a well-known media personality and performer. He started his performing career at the young age of 11, participating in the National Children’s Festival of the Arts. Shortly after, he was invited to join the Cayman National Cultural Foundation’s Young At Arts youth theatre company. Jevy has also been a show host and performer for Gimistory, the International Storytelling Festival of the Cayman Islands, as well as in the annual comedy revue "Rundown," directed by Dr. Henry Muttoo, along with various other local productions.
Jevy graduated with a Bachelor's degree (first-class honors) in Film and Television Production from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. He later earned a Master's degree in Filmmaking with merit.
In addition to his performance work, Jevy has experience in radio broadcasting. He previously worked at Z99, IRIE 98.9, and Rooster 101.9, where he was known as "Jevy with the Belly." He has also served as a television news reporter and is currently working for Radio Cayman as a News Reporter.
