Accident Involving Bus Carrying CIFEC & Dual Entry Students

The Department of Education Services (DES) advises that all students are safe and uninjured following an accident involving a school bus transporting them from the Cayman Islands Further Education Centre (CIFEC) and the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) this afternoon.

The accident occurred in Bodden Town at approximately 3:30 pm. The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service attended the scene, and arrangements were made to ensure that the students arrived home safely.
