Butterfield Cayman Appoints Andrew Bolton as Director

The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited ("Butterfield") today announced Andrew Bolton has joined the Board of Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Director. Mr. Bolton's appointment was effective January 26, 2023, following the approval of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). 

Jana Schreuder, Butterfield Board member and Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited, said, "Andrew is an experienced professional who brings a wealth of relevant knowledge. Mr. Bolton was a Cayman Islands partner and Global Practice Group Head for litigation and insolvency at international law firm Appleby, where he was also a member of the firm's global management board, until his retirement from full-time practice in 2019. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Cayman Attorneys Regulatory Authority.
