A pair of projects in 60 Nexus Way at Camana Bay, the first 10-storey commercial office building in the Cayman Islands, were recognised at the Americas Property Awards in Miami for outstanding office interiors.
Multinational professional services firm Deloitte, along with California-based architecture firm Gensler and Dart, were named award winners for Best Office Interior in the Cayman Islands. This five-star award also qualifies the Deloitte Cayman Islands project for further recognition at the International Property Awards in early 2026.
Additionally, Dart, the developer of Camana Bay, was honoured with an award for office interior in the Cayman Islands for Nexus Studios – a premium, turnkey shared workspace designed for small firms. Featuring bespoke common areas, high-tech meeting rooms and efficient offices, Nexus Studios combines leading-edge design that inspires productivity and collaboration, all within Camana Bay’s vibrant, amenity-rich Town Centre.
“These awards reinforce Dart’s commitment to creating exceptional places where people and businesses can thrive. We’re delighted that the partnership with Gensler and Deloitte’s enthusiasm to create a new home in Camana Bay for their Cayman operations has been recognised,” said Gary Gibbs, Dart’s executive vice president for development, who accepted the awards at the ceremony on 21 November 2025.
As Camana Bay’s first and only Class-A executive shared workspace currently operating at 70% occupancy, Nexus Studios offers flexibility for teams to remain agile, with the ability to scale or transition seamlessly. Gibbs added that the aim was to develop a concept and design that feels authentic to Cayman’s culture and landscape while maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Camana Bay brand.
Kristy Rivers, Dart’s senior vice president of sales and leasing, said that the turnkey concept allows companies to seamlessly establish themselves in the Cayman Islands.
“Nexus Studios enables professionals to focus on their business with minimal hassle. For us, it was another way to set ourselves apart in our real estate offering,” she said, adding that such experiences give companies the confidence that making Camana Bay their long-term home is a natural next step.
These awards underscore Dart’s ongoing commitment to sustainable economic growth and development excellence, delivering properties that meet the highest standards of design, quality and functionality.
