Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and an on-island delegation arrive in London for World Travel Market

The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT) is in London for World Travel Market (WTM), with the Director, Ms. Rosa Harris, leading a delegation of partners to showcase the destination’s exciting developments for 2026 and to celebrate its latest campaign ‘Welcome to vaCay’, promoting slow travel and relaxing holidays. 

Joining Ms Harris in London is Deputy Director of International Marketing and Promotions, Gary Hendricks-Dominguez, Joanna Walding, Business Development Manager – UK & Europe, and a hotel delegation from the Cayman Islands, representing some of the destination’s leading properties: Ayu Purbasanti, Senior Sales Manager, The Westin Grand Cayman, Hermes Cuello, General Manager, Marriot Resort Grand Cayman, Sharlene Brenkus, General Manager, Wyndham Reef Resort Grand Cayman and Steven Andre, General Manager, Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa. Together, they are meeting with UK and European travel partners to strengthen relationships, highlight new investment and product updates, and reinforce the Cayman Islands’ position as a premier Caribbean destination for luxury and lifestyle travel.

The delegations in-market presence coincides with the launch of its new campaign - 'Welcome to vaCay’ - which brings a touch of Cayman sunshine to London and encourages British tourists to rethink what it truly means to vaCay.
