CIG Schools & SATC to Operate on Schedule Based on Weather Forecasts

The Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) advises that all government schools and the Sunrise Adult Training Centre (SATC) will remain open and operate on a normal schedule based on the latest weather forecasts.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of its students, clients and staff, the Ministry will continue to monitor the weather, in consultation with Hazard Management Cayman Islands (HMCI), and issue further updates where needed.

The Ministry, the Department of Education Services (DES) and the SATC urge parents/guardians and caregivers to also stay informed via official channels.
