COVID-19 Testing Update

The Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Samuel Williams Rodrigues, reports that 590 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Friday, 13 November 2020.

Three persons tested positive. Of these, two were asymptomatic inbound travellers in isolation. Another traveller with mild symptoms tested positive after undergoing screening at the end of the quarantine programme. They will remain in isolation until recovered.

The total number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is 800.
