COVID-19 Update 16 July 2021

The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 468 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Thursday, 15 July, 2021. There were two positive test results in travellers.

There have been 95,501 COVID-19 vaccinations given in total in the Cayman Islands. Of these, 49,141 (69% of an estimated 71,100) had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 46,360 (65%) have completed the two-dose course.
