COVID-19 Update 2 September 2021

The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 252 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Wednesday, 1 September 2021. There was one positive test result in a traveller.

There have been 101,372 COVID-19 vaccinations given in total in the Cayman Islands. Of these, 51,742 (73% of 71,106) have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 49,630 (70%) have completed the two-dose course.
