Drowning victim 68-year-old American visitor

Police provide more details about the man who died while snorkeling on October 23rd. They say the 68-year-old man was visiting from the U.S. and encountered difficulties while snorkeling off the George Town waterfront around 10:40 in the morning. The unresponsive man was taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital and pronounced dead.
