A fake video is currently circulating on social media platforms falsely depicting Premier Honourable André Ebanks promoting registration for fake AI technology. The video is artificial intelligence (AI)-generated and completely false.
Members of the public are urged not to share or promote in any way information that is false or misleading. When you suspect that social content is fake, check official Cayman Islands Government sources and share only if it is legitimate. If the content is fake, report it to the social media platforms.
