Fire Reported at the Bodden Town Civic Center

The Cayman Islands Customs and Border Control Service (CBC) confirms a fire was reported at the Bodden Town Civic Center at approximately 8:30 PM this evening, Saturday, 14 December 2024.

The Cayman Islands Fire Service (CIFS) is on the scene and no injuries have been reported.

Alternative arrangements are being made for the sixteen (16) migrants currently housed at the Civic Center. This matter is currently under investigation.
