Four Caymanian Women Appointed as Licensing & Customer Care Officers at DVDL

Grand Cayman, 13 June - The Department of Vehicle & Drivers’ Licensing (DVDL), under the Ministry of Planning, Lands, Agriculture, Housing & Infrastructure (PLAHI), is proud to announce the appointment of four Caymanian women to the role of Licensing & Customer Care Officer. This strategic hiring reflects the Ministry’s continued commitment to empowering Caymanians and enhancing frontline service delivery across the public sector.

The newly appointed officers—Brittany Logan, Dedra Mendez, Olivia Smith, and Nicole Chisholm—will support DVDL’s customer-facing operations, playing a vital role in delivering efficient, courteous, and professional licensing services to the public.

The Licensing & Customer Care Officers will be stationed at various DVDL locations across the Islands, assisting customers with driver’s licensing, vehicle registration, renewals, and general inquiries.  Chief Officer Eric Bush also shared his congratulations.  “These appointments reflect our Ministry’s dedication to creating opportunities for Caymanians in meaningful, high-impact roles. We are confident these women will represent the Department and the Civil Service with excellence.”
