Jason Smith, Developer of Paraiso Residences, successfully broke ground for the newest development to the Red Bay Area, featuring 12 luxury units on the canal front. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Saturday, January 18th 2020.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on location at 10am and in attendance was: Sharon Smith Principle Developer of Paraiso Residences, Jason Smith Developer of Paraiso Residences, Alister Carter & Sharmaine Simpson of Cayman National Bank, Wendel Wendel of Wendel Construction, Omar McLean of OAD Architects, Allen & Nancy B. of Coldwell Banker, Samantha Twiss of Kuavo Cayman, Tony Williams of Tony’s Toys, and Keith Parker Tibbetts Jr. of Associated Industries Ltd.

Paraiso meaning Paradise, is a new exclusive residential community located in the peaceful banks of the North Sound. Located on Selkirk Drive, Red Bay, just off of Lord’s Way. Beyond the gates of this stunning new development, will be 12 luxurious waterfront units of modern design. With 500 feet of captivating canal frontage, each residence is strategically placed on the edge so that each unit has distinct water views, and access to the locations’ cool prominent North East breezes.

“What makes this project unique is that we have integrated our design to incorporate the surrounding nature. Our sea wall is built from the natural stone of the property, and still surrounding the canal are mangroves on both sides. You can also see the occasional wild life that inhabit the canal area. It really is a serene location situated in a quiet neighborhood area. Combining the best of the best.”

Units begin at CI$699,000.00 and offer 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2,500 square feet of living space, and private outdoor space.

“The unique location first came about in 2016 when such a huge acreage was for sale on the canal front. Since then plans have been in place and worked on continuously to produce this development. A huge thank you to all my vendors and partners who have worked tirelessly with me to bring this project to life. We are also proud to be a partner and have this project financed through Cayman National Bank. This streamlines financing for those parties that may be interested in purchasing.” stated Jason Smith of Paraiso Residences.

“We are thrilled to have half of the development sold and with high interest in the remaining units. We encourage anyone interested in learning more to contact us.” stated Jason Smith, Developer Paraiso Residences.

Jason Smith has been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years, and this is his inaugural development project.
