The episode, which was shot in Grand Cayman last November, is produced by Insight Productions with the assistance of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT) and features destination partners Caribbean Club, Celebrations Ltd., Red Sail Sports, and Cayman Spirits Company and Luca. Sunday’s airing of I DO, REDO tells the emotional story of Jolicia and Adrian whose dreams of a special wedding were abandoned after Jolicia became ill, and Adrian’s only option to care for his ailing fiancée was to enlist in the Army. With the beautiful backdrop of The Caribbean Club and Seven Mile Beach, and the magic touch of hosts Jessica Mulroney, Caspar Haydar and Celebrations’ Joanne Brown, their perfect wedding dream is realized in the Cayman Islands with adventures along the way.

“We were so thrilled to welcome Jessica, Caspar and the entire Insight Productions team to the Cayman Islands and bring this opportunity to our valued destination partners,” said Mrs. Rosa Harris, Director of Tourism, Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. “We were so inspired by Jolicia and Adrian’s story, and could not be more honoured that they, and their lovely family, were able to celebrate properly in our paradise.”
