The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC), in collaboration with the Cayman International Reinsurance Companies Association (CIRCA) and the Cayman Islands Insurance Association (CIIA), has announced the launch of the inaugural Cayman NextGen Insurance Forum. The event takes place on May 28, 2026 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort from 2:30pm to 6:00pm, and is free to attend.
Designed to introduce young Caymanians to career opportunities within the insurance and reinsurance sectors, this first-of-its-kind forum will bring together students, early-career individuals, and industry professionals for an afternoon of insight, discussion, and meaningful engagement.
The forum targets school leavers, university students, and those beginning their careers who are interested in exploring pathways within one of Cayman’s most established and globally significant industries. The invitation is also open to those looking to explore careers in the insurance and reinsurance industries along with parents and others who help guide any young person's career aspirations.

By creating direct access to professionals and real career insights, we hope to inspire greater participation and long-term growth across the sector.”
