JN Money has partnered with DHL Express to launch the first DHL Premier Branch in the Cayman Islands at its Eastern Avenue location, marking a significant milestone in the territory’s financial and logistics landscape.
This strategic partnership brings together JN Money’s trusted financial services network with DHL Express’ world-class international shipping expertise to deliver a seamless, premium experience for customers who require fast, reliable global connectivity. The initiative represents a major step forward particularly for businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals who seek greater access to efficient cross-border trade, e-commerce and personal shipping solutions.
By introducing DHL’s premier model to the Cayman market through JN Money, the partnership strengthens the country’s position as a globally connected financial and commercial hub and creates a one-stop location where customers can access two distinct services, remitting funds through JN Money Services and shipping packages through DHL. Both entities continue to operate independently under the same roof.
Customers can access the full suite of DHL Express services at the Premier Branch at JN Money Eastern Avenue, including outbound and import shipping, luggage shipping and a range of sustainable shipping options.
"It’s about ensuring that people in Cayman, including our own customers, have convenient access to the services they need,” shared Horace Hines, general manager for JN Money Services (JNMS), which owns and operates JN Money worldwide, and managing director for JNMS Cayman.
He added that the arrangement allows JN Money to complement its traditional financial offerings, while highlighting that it’s also in response to increased cross-border activity and rising demand for faster and more reliable money and shipping services from Caymanians and expats.
Sanya Wallace, assistant general manager of the JNMS Group and interim country manager, JNMS Cayman, added that the partnership underscores JN Money’s commitment to innovation, customer-centric solutions and strengthening integrated financial and logistics services in the region.
“By partnering with DHL, we’re making it easier for people to access secure, efficient and internationally connected services. This is a big deal,” she said.
The launch further reinforces DHL Express’s ongoing investment in expanding premium international and domestic shipping services across the Caribbean, building on the opening of its Premier Retail Partner ServicePoint in Barbados in October 2025.
Worldwide, DHL operates in more than 220 countries and territories, with specialized solutions for key industries, including technology, life sciences and healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and energy, automotive and retail.
“The launch of the Premier Partner in Cayman marks another significant milestone in our Caribbean footprint expansion strategy and this partnership with JN Money was the right move,” said Christian Joseph, country manager for DHL Express Cayman Islands. “People are moving goods and personal items more than ever before and this initiative strengthens our ability to meet that growing demand locally, while reinforcing our commitment to regional growth and customer proximity.”
