A man, age 28 of George Town, has been formally charged with Wounding in relation to an assault on Canal Point Road, on the morning of Saturday, 29 August, which took place shortly before the fatal stabbing which occurred the same morning.

Another man, who was arrested on 29 August on suspicion of murder, remains in custody as investigations continue.
